Hi Sherry,

Trying to sell property from out of state is always complicated.  To add to the complication, the property to be sold is owned by my grandparents who live in a nursing facility and the state in which we live has certain requirements that have to be met on the sale of the property.  Even with all these complications, Sherry and her team kept us informed and provided wonderful guidance in getting our property sold.  They were professional, courteous and patient with us and the state.  In the end, we received several offers on the property all at a very favorable price that met ours and the state´s requirements.
